What breeds can BreedSnap identify?
BreedSnap compares visible features in dog and cat photos and returns likely breed matches with confidence scores. Results vary with the animal, angle, lighting, and photo quality, especially for mixed breeds.
How accurate is the breed identification?
BreedSnap provides a visual estimate, not a DNA result. It shows confidence, alternatives, and uncertainty so you can judge the result. It is for informational use and is not a substitute for professional veterinary assessment.
Do you store my pet's photos?
No. Photos are sent to our AI service for analysis and are not stored on our servers after the result is returned. All processing is done in real-time.
Can I use BreedSnap offline?
A new photo estimate requires an internet connection. Completed result details saved in the scan history stay on your device and can be reopened there.
What does Premium unlock?
The main breed estimate, confidence score, visible characteristics, and likely alternatives are free. Premium opens the reasoning, mixed-breed clues, care sections, and complete on-device scan history.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Purchase History on your device, or contact Apple Support directly.
